Our philosophy
We are a family-owned business focusing on commercial and residential real estate investments. Our Director, Lorraine Miranda, is a multi-licensed real estate broker with expertise in land acquisitions, subdivision projects, and renovating rental properties.
Our specialities
We support homeowners in difficult situations like foreclosure, bankruptcy, divorce, or probate by offering fair solutions and helping them get cash for their properties. Additionally, we find properties for investors interested in fix-and-flip or buy-and-hold strategies.
Lorraine Miranda

Lorraine Miranda is an investor and Broker of Record with a decade of real estate experience and 15 years in digital marketing. She is the third Broker Owner in her family line. Her grandfather, William Dugan, was the family's first Broker Owner, owning William Dugan Associates and founding American Executive Centers.
