Lorraine Miranda is both an investor and Broker of Record for an independent, licensed brokerage agency in Radnor, Pennsylvania. She has 10 years of real estate experience and 15 years in digital marketing. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management from Penn State University World Campus. She has extensive expertise in residential and commercial real estate and continues her family’s legacy as a third-generation Broker of Record in Philadelphia. Her family, including her mother, Pat Dugan, and grandfather, Bill Dugan, have all held Broker of Record licenses across their combined brokerages in Philadelphia. With a combined 65 years of real estate experience in Philadelphia, she brings valuable insights into the current investment market. 

Bill Dugan founded American Executive Centers in 1980, along with his commercial brokerage agency, initially known as “Dugan Real Estate.” Eventually, Lorraine rebranded the real estate agency as “Bally Gwynedd Realty,” and it has operated under that name since. 

Over the past decade, Lorraine has transformed processes, systems, and marketing efforts to meet digital-age challenges while preserving traditional real estate values and a commitment to excellence. She aims to create a cloud-based, efficient, and user-friendly platform that enhances our Realtors’ success. This includes a custom luxury website and a new Radnor office. Unlike traditional brokerages, we leverage modern cloud technology to help your business succeed in a competitive market.
